Sources and review
Factual claims should link to the responsible NYC agency, official dataset, or primary documentation. Each guide displays the date its source links and material coverage claims were reviewed. A review date changes only when that review actually occurs.
Language and limitations
We distinguish a successful empty result from an unavailable source, keep parcel evidence separate from neighborhood context, and avoid turning an absence of public records into a claim about compliance, safety, title, ownership, or legality.
Corrections
