- Publisher: tax lot boundaries citywide. LotContext coverage is whatever published runs actually ingested; a parcel without an ingested boundary reports not_covered.
- Known limits

Boundaries change as the tax map is edited. A lot missing from a bounded run is not a removal; only a complete validated snapshot may propose disappearance.
GeoJSON MultiPolygon in WGS84 (EPSG:4326), longitude/latitude order. No per-row update timestamps; `effective_tax_year` labels the release.
